CHINA
An alternative to the coal: the electricity production by wind turbine
Sunstainable energy in the Liaoning state
WIND TURBINE FARMS
THE CONTEXT
China is the first global coal producer and user. Despite the environment impact and the development of breath diseases, it still covers 70% of energy needs for the Chineese. With a fast growing economy, China will need even more energy in the future, accelerating global warming.
It is therefore necessary to diversify energy sources. This program consists of building a wind turbine farm near the Gaoligou and Siziagisur villages, in the Liaoning state, North-East of China. It aims at protecting the environment and the ealth of local populations, but also to ensure the energy autonomy of these villages.
